Shipping policy

Delivery Standard delivery (2-3 working days): £3.50, free on orders over £15. Sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Next day delivery: £4.50, free on orders over £35. Sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery is typically the next working day, though it can occasionally take longer for reasons outside our control. We deliver across the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Dispatch Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. After 2pm we still try to dispatch before the Royal Mail collection at 3.50pm, but same-day dispatch is only guaranteed for orders placed before 2pm. We do not dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays. Orders placed then go out on the next working day.

Who delivers your order We send via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48, and occasionally Parcelforce. You will receive an order confirmation with a tracking ID.
